Daily Fiber+
A refreshing lemon prebiotic fibre drink with five complementary soluble and insoluble fibres, plus Vitamin C and citrus bioflavonoids.

Drink it before. Stir it in.
Two products, one daily routine. The fibre drink goes in a glass of water 15โ20 minutes before your meal; the protein scoop goes straight into the meal itself. No shaker, no pills, no change to how you cook.
Every set ships with both full-size packs. They don't compete for the same slot in your day, which is exactly why they work as a pair.

A triple plant-protein blend (soy, pea, brown rice) with oat beta-glucan, amla and milk thistle โ it disappears into the food you already cook.
Red slots are the fibre drink, navy slots are the protein scoop. Turn off whatever doesn't fit your routine and we'll work out the fibre, the protein, and how long one set lasts.
Fibre scoop = 10g ยท Protein scoop = 15g ยท Both are capped at 2 scoops a day.
Reference targets used here: about 30g of dietary fibre and about 60g of protein a day for an adult. Individual needs vary with age, body weight and activity โ these are for planning, not a prescription.
Most of us aren't short on food. We're short on fibre and protein. Refined grains, small servings of dal, and very few whole vegetables add up to a plate that's heavy on carbs and light on the two things that actually keep you full.
Fixing that usually means two separate habits โ a fibre supplement to remember and a protein shake to make. The Daily Ritual Duo removes both problems. One is a drink you take before the meal; the other goes into the meal while you're cooking it.
Daily Fiber+ brings psyllium, PHGG, inulin, acacia fibre and resistant dextrin โ soluble and insoluble fibres that work differently from each other โ with Vitamin C and citrus bioflavonoids.
Protein Metabolic Booster brings soy, pea and brown rice isolates for a well-rounded amino acid profile, plus oat beta-glucan, amla and milk thistle. Neither has added sugar.
These are food products, not medicines. They support a balanced diet and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
The Protein Metabolic Booster contains soy and is made in a facility that also processes cereals containing gluten, milk, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. Daily Fiber+ is made in a facility that also handles wheat, soya and nuts.

Don't stir the protein scoop into your fibre glass. Fiber+ is meant to be drunk on its own in water before the meal, and the Booster is meant to go into the food โ that's how each one behaves the way it was formulated to. If you're starting fibre for the first time, begin with one glass a day for a week and drink plenty of water.
