Who can join Gourmet Rewards?
Anyone with a Gourmet Staples account. It's free, and you get 50 coins when you sign up.
When do I get my coins?
Order coins show as pending when you place the order and become available 14 days after your order ships. Sign-up and birthday coins are available right away, and review coins arrive once your review is published.
What if I cancel or return an order?
Pending coins from that order are cancelled. For a partial return, only the returned products' coins are cancelled. If you used coins on that order, they go back to your balance with their original expiry date.
Can I use coins with a coupon code?
No. You can use either coins or a coupon code on one order.
How does the tier drop work?
If you place no order for 60 days, you move down one tier. We send you a WhatsApp warning before it happens, and every new order restarts the 60-day count.

Coins have no cash value and can't be transferred. Gourmet Staples may cancel coins earned through fraud or misuse. If we change these rules in a way that lowers the value of your coins, we'll tell you 30 days before.
