  • Payment Processing: All payment transactions are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. Gourmet Staples does not store your payment information.

  • Maximum Liability: In no event will our total liability exceed the total amount you paid for the product that caused the damage.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, India, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Exceptions

Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit Gourmet Staples’ liability in respect of any:

  • Death or Personal Injury caused by Gourmet Staples’ negligence;

  • Fraud or Fraudulent Misrepresentation on the part of Gourmet Staples.

  • Any matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for Gourmet Staples to exclude or limit, or to attempt or purport to exclude or limit, its liability.

14. Modifications to Terms

Gourmet Staples reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Any invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Contest Page

1. Eligibility
Contest open to Indian residents aged 18 and above. Participants must purchase at least one pack of Gourmet Staples Protein Atta between 20 June and 20 July 2026 and retain proof of purchase. This contest is exclusively for Protein Atta — no other product qualifies. Employees of Indo Gum Product Private Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Qualifying Product
Only purchases of Gourmet Staples Protein Atta count towards this contest. A minimum of 1 pack must be purchased. Videos featuring any other Gourmet Staples product will not qualify. Contest videos must visibly feature the Protein Atta packaging or product in use.

3. Video Requirements
Videos must: (a) be original content created by the participant, (b) visibly feature Gourmet Staples Protein Atta, (c) be posted publicly on Instagram, with the completed entry submitted via the official entry form and received by the Organizer no later than 19 August 2026, (d) include #GourmetStaplesChallenge, (e) tag @GourmetStaples. No entries, submissions, or resubmissions will be accepted after 19 August 2026, and the Organizer shall not be liable to consider any entry received thereafter.

4. Winner Selection — Grand & Runner-up Prizes
Winners of the Grand Prize and Runner-up Prizes are selected based on verified organic video view counts, and are subject to the entry having accumulated the applicable minimum verified organic view count — being 1,00,000 verified organic views or more for the Grand Prize entry and 15,000 verified organic views or more for each Runner-up entry, or such other minimum threshold as the Organizer may determine and apply from time to time; where an entry does not meet the applicable minimum, such entry shall not be entitled to the corresponding prize, and no substitute or alternate prize shall be payable in such case. View accumulation and eligible entries shall be locked as on 19 August 2026, following which the Organizer shall verify and finalize view counts, with results to be announced on 31 August 2026. Rankings are determined as follows: the entry with the highest verified organic view count, subject to meeting the applicable minimum threshold, wins the Grand Prize; entries ranked 2nd to 11th by organic view count, similarly subject to meeting the applicable minimum threshold, each receive the corresponding cash prize. Gourmet Staples manually verifies view counts for all qualifying entries. In case of suspected fraud or a tied view count, Gourmet Staples reserves the right to make the final determination.

5. Winner Selection — Participation Prizes
Participation prizes (Surprise Coupons × 30) are awarded at the sole discretion of Gourmet Staples from among all valid, qualifying entries that do not rank in the top 11 by organic view count. Selection criteria may include but are not limited to: creativity of content, originality, storytelling quality, audience engagement, and adherence to contest guidelines. The Organizer's decision regarding participation prize recipients is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize Disbursement
Prizes are issued via account payee cheque within 15 working days of announcement. Winners must provide valid government ID and bank details. TDS deducted as applicable per Indian tax law.

7. Disqualification
Entries will be disqualified for: purchased views, paid promotion, bots, fake accounts, artificially boosted posts, plagiarised content, featuring a non-qualifying product, or any violation of Instagram community guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property
By participating, entrants grant Indo Gum Product Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish submitted video content for marketing purposes with appropriate credit.

9. General
Gourmet Staples reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this contest at any time. Due to severe weather and monsoon-related shipping delays, the Organizer has officially extended the contest timelines — purchase window until 20 July, video upload/submission until 5 August, final entry form submissions closing on 19 August 2026, and winners now announced on 31 August 2026. This contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram. Disputes subject to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Organizer's Discretion
The Organizer shall have sole, absolute and unfettered discretion in determining eligibility, authenticity of entries, interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, verification of performance metrics, selection of winners, disqualification of participants and distribution of prizes. The Organizer shall not be obligated to provide reasons for any decision and such decision shall be final and binding on all participants.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
By participating in this Contest, participants expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing and use of personal information submitted during participation. Such information shall be used solely for the purposes of: (a) administration of the Contest; (b) verification of eligibility and entries; (c) prize distribution; (d) compliance with applicable legal obligations; and (e) promotional activities related to the Contest. The Organizer shall handle all personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and shall not share such data with unrelated third parties without consent.

12. Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organizer (Indo Gum Product Private Limited), its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, distributors and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) the participant's participation in the Contest; (ii) any breach of these Terms & Conditions by the participant; (iii) any infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights by the participant's entry or conduct; or (iv) any false representations or fraudulent conduct by the participant.

13. Dispute Resolution
(a) Amicable Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest or these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days of written notice of such dispute.
(b) Arbitration: Failing amicable resolution, all disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by the Organizer in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and any amendments thereto.
(c) Seat & Venue: The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
(d) Language: Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
(e) Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause above, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising out of or in connection with this Contest.
